Analysing the EUCS requirements Executive Summary

By July 3, 2025No Comments

By François Duthilleul, Red Hat representative in Sylva WG03

This document summarises the outcome of a detailed analysis conducted by Sylva Working Group 03 (WG03) on the EUCS requirements as outlined in the ENISA EUCS draft (December 2020).

The goal was to identify which requirements are relevant to the Sylva software stack and to map them to existing Sylva features. Out of 534 total requirements reviewed, 109 were found to be relevant, with 61 distinct Sylva features identified as meeting these requirements. This work highlights Sylva’s potential role in supporting cloud services alignment with future EUCS certification expectations.

The key findings were presented and discussed during a recent face-to-face meeting, where the WG agreed to share this analysis in a public-facing blog post. This presentation serves as a summary of that upcoming publication. Click here to access the slides
